N\u00e9anmoins elles sont essentielles pour conduire le changement, favoriser l\u2019adh\u00e9sion des personnes, renforcer la co-cr\u00e9ation interne et la recherche cr\u00e9ative de solutions.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019intelligence collective est \u00e0 la base de tout processus collaboratif, si l\u2019on veut atteindre des r\u00e9sultats rapidement et engager les personnes touch\u00e9es par un projet, un changement culturel ou une probl\u00e9matique complexe. Or, pour \u00eatre effective, elle n\u00e9cessite un cadre pr\u00e9cis, une posture ad\u00e9quate et des outils sp\u00e9cifiques.
