Contexte et enjeux<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Avec la population vieillissante, de plus en plus de personnes ont recourt \u00e0 un implant dentaire. Il peut \u00eatre difficile de r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer apr\u00e8s une intervention chirurgicale, l\u2019implant \u00e9tant un corps \u00e9tranger que notre syst\u00e8me doit accepter. L\u2019objectif de ce projet est d\u2019aider le corps \u00e0 accepter l\u2019implant plus rapidement en rendant cet implant plus biocompatible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pour cela, nous allons d\u00e9velopper les rev\u00eatements biocompatibles qui am\u00e9liorer la biocompatibilit\u00e9 des implants dentaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ce projet r\u00e9uni 5 partenaires, 3 partenaires acad\u00e9miques et 2 industriels, de deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de la fronti\u00e8re franco-suisse. Du c\u00f4t\u00e9 suisse, il est soutenu par le programme f\u00e9d\u00e9ral Interreg et le canton Neuch\u00e2tel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Objectifs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Le projet OXYTAN vise le d\u00e9veloppement de rev\u00eatements de nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration \u00e0 base d\u2019oxynitrures de tantale et de niobium sous forme de monocouches ou de multicouches nanom\u00e9triques dans le but d\u2019am\u00e9liorer la biofonctionnalit\u00e9 des implants dentaires fabriqu\u00e9s en alliages de TiAlV et de CoCr, susceptibles de relarguer des ions toxiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ces rev\u00eatements offrent plusieurs avantages en termes de protection contre la toxicit\u00e9 et de biocompatibilit\u00e9. A moyen terme, ces rev\u00eatements sont appel\u00e9s \u00e0 prendre une place importante dans la chaine de fabrication des implants dentaires. Une attention particuli\u00e8re sera port\u00e9e \u00e0 la mise en \u0153uvre d\u2019une technologie innovante du d\u00e9p\u00f4t sous vide (PVD), la pulv\u00e9risation par impulsions de forte puissance (HiPIMS) qui permet d\u2019am\u00e9liorer la microstructure, la morphologie et la topographie des films d\u00e9pos\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

R\u00e9sultats<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Les rev\u00eatements nanostructur\u00e9s \u00e0 base d\u2019oxynitrures de tantale et de niobium sont d\u00e9pos\u00e9s par la technologie PVD-HIPIMS. Leur biocompatibilit\u00e9 avec les ost\u00e9oblastes humains sera test\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Gen\u00e8ve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Valorisation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

La valorisation de ce projet se fera gr\u00e2ce au transfert de technologie \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle industrielle par deux partenaires industriels, Positive Coating (CH) met Dephis (F).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
