Sandrine Corbaz-Kurth<\/span><\/a><\/strong><\/p>\nLe projet porte sur la r\u00e9silience organisationnelle dans des institutions de soins confront\u00e9es \u00e0 la crise de la maladie coronavirale 2019 (COVID-19). Il vise \u00e0 explorer les strat\u00e9gies d\u2019adaptation mises en oeuvre par le personnel des institutions de soins, individuellement et collectivement, ainsi que leurs cons\u00e9quences en termes de performance de travail et d\u2019astreintes. Cette recherche se fondera sur un protocole observationnel, prospectif et longitudinal. Les participants seront invit\u00e9s \u00e0 d\u00e9crire et \u00e9valuer, de mani\u00e8re qualitative et quantitative, des situations probl\u00e9matiques concr\u00e8tes auxquels ils auront \u00e9t\u00e9 confront\u00e9s, ainsi que les strat\u00e9gies mises en place. L\u2019\u00e9tude reposera sur un \u00e9chantillon de convenance. Elle apportera des connaissances in\u00e9dites sur les processus d\u2019anticipation, de d\u00e9tection et d\u2019adaptation impl\u00e9ment\u00e9s par les professionnels ; les r\u00e9sultats permettront de valoriser le r\u00f4le de ces acteurs dans la r\u00e9silience organisationnelle et contribueront \u00e0 optimiser les dispositifs de gestion de crise.<\/p>\n
