Currently, the process of making knowledge accessible and actionable is still time-consuming and not attractive for users. To improve this process and enhance employees experience, PICC-IA proposes a solution based on the combination of user engagement mechanisms with AI algorithms is proposed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
