En comparaison avec les proc\u00e9d\u00e9s conventionnels, cette technique repousse les limites en termes de pr\u00e9cision, de design et de d\u00e9lais. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cependant, la SLM pose des d\u00e9fis li\u00e9s aux ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes physiques complexes (thermiques, m\u00e9caniques m\u00e9tallurgiques, etc.) qui la r\u00e9gissent et qui ont une influence directe sur l\u2019int\u00e9grit\u00e9 structurelle de la pi\u00e8ce (porosit\u00e9, fissures, etc.). Dans la majorit\u00e9 des cas, un manque d&#8217;\u00e9valuation coh\u00e9rente de la qualit\u00e9 des pi\u00e8ces fabriqu\u00e9es engendre une analyse post-processus co\u00fbteuse qui peut impacter la reproductibilit\u00e9 du proc\u00e9d\u00e9. Ceci constitue un frein technologique majeur en particulier dans les secteurs fortement r\u00e9glement\u00e9s comme l&#8217;a\u00e9rospatiale et la fabrication de dispositifs m\u00e9dicaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Objectifs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Afin de surmonter ce probl\u00e8me et mieux ma\u00eetriser le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 SLM, il est n\u00e9cessaire de d\u00e9velopper des m\u00e9thodes de contr\u00f4le ad\u00e9quates capables de fournir une \u00e9valuation rapide et fiable de ces d\u00e9fauts. Dans ce cadre, l&#8217;objectif de DeepSLM est de mettre au point une m\u00e9thode de contr\u00f4le qualit\u00e9 in-situ des d\u00e9fauts engendr\u00e9s dans les pi\u00e8ces m\u00e9talliques imprim\u00e9es par SLM. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c0 cette fin, nous avons mis en place un algorithme de Machine Learning sp\u00e9cialement entra\u00een\u00e9 pour d\u00e9tecter les d\u00e9fauts de porosit\u00e9 survenant au cours de la fabrication. Ces d\u00e9fauts sont identifi\u00e9s \u00e0 partir des signaux, tels que le courant de Foucault, collect\u00e9s par un capteur \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"452\" src=\"https:\/\/www.he-arc.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/he-arc-ingenierie-deepslm-1024x452.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-51927\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.he-arc.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/he-arc-ingenierie-deepslm-1024x452.png 1024w, https:\/\/www.he-arc.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/he-arc-ingenierie-deepslm-300x132.png 300w, https:\/\/www.he-arc.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/he-arc-ingenierie-deepslm-768x339.png 768w, https:\/\/www.he-arc.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/he-arc-ingenierie-deepslm-1536x678.png 1536w, https:\/\/www.he-arc.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/he-arc-ingenierie-deepslm-2048x904.png 2048w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Partenaires et financement<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.hevs.ch\/fr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">HES-SO Valais<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Financ\u00e9 par la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hes-so.ch\/accueil\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">HES-SO<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">R\u00e9sultats<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une s\u00e9rie de tests d&#8217;impression SLM a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e en param\u00e9trant le titane Ti6Al4V, constituant ainsi une <a href=\"https:\/\/doi.org\/10.5281\/zenodo.7886192\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">base de donn\u00e9es de 204 cas<\/a>. Nos algorithmes CNN et LSTM d\u00e9di\u00e9s \u00e0 la pr\u00e9diction de la porosit\u00e9 ont d\u00e9montr\u00e9 des performances sup\u00e9rieures en termes d&#8217;erreur moyenne absolue (MAE), enregistrant respectivement 0.1% et 0.11%, compar\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9tat de l&#8217;art du domaine qui rapporte 0.126%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Valorisation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sallem, H., Ghorbel, H., Goffinet, E., Cinna, A., Wicht, J., &amp; Revaz, B.
