This program is particularly significant given the increasing demand for soft skills in both national and global professional markets in recent years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Inspired by the ENIS COST (European Cooperation in Science and Technology) Scheme, this project stands as interdisciplinary research focused on ISM and its impact on students post mobility employability and related personal outcomes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The project aims to explore the relationship between the skills acquired through ISM, employability, and personal outcomes, such as satisfaction and commitment.
