Objectifs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

L’objectif global du projet est de d\u00e9velopper un proc\u00e9d\u00e9 industriel d\u2019\u00e9lectropolissage adapt\u00e9 au post-finition des pi\u00e8ces m\u00e9dicales en Ti6Al4V de forme complexe fabriqu\u00e9es (p.ex. vis, cages intervert\u00e9brales) par l\u2019impression 3D m\u00e9tallique. Le nouveau proc\u00e9d\u00e9 va garantir la qualit\u00e9 des surfaces, la stabilit\u00e9 et\u00a0 la r\u00e9p\u00e9tabilit\u00e9 du proc\u00e9d\u00e9, la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l’utilisateur et \u00eatre \u00e9cologiquement propre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9lectropolissage a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u2019abord optimis\u00e9 en laboratoire, puis transf\u00e9r\u00e9 dans un \u00e9quipement prototype semi-industriel, chez le partenaire. Les \u00e9lectrolytes \u00e9cologiques (\u00e0 base de sels m\u00e9talliques, non-toxiques) ont \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9s avec succ\u00e8s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

R\u00e9sultats<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 EP a \u00e9t\u00e9 optimis\u00e9 \u00e0 l’\u00e9chelle laboratoire. L’influence des conditions exp\u00e9rimentales (la tension, la dur\u00e9e, la vitesse d’agitation, la temp\u00e9rature, la nature et la forme de la contre-\u00e9lectrode) a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tudi\u00e9e. La solution d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e permet une \u00e9limination efficace de la couche superficielle (environ 700 \u00b5m sur le diam\u00e8tre d’une vis) en 30 minutes. Le traitement thermique (utilisant le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 HIP) a un effet majeur sur la qualit\u00e9 du polissage car il est n\u00e9cessaire pour diminuer les porosit\u00e9s apparaissant \u00e0 la surface des pi\u00e8ces fabriqu\u00e9es par EBM. Le processus EP r\u00e9alis\u00e9 sur les pi\u00e8ces trait\u00e9es par HIP permet de r\u00e9duire la rugosit\u00e9 de 14 \u00b5m \u00e0 moins de 1 \u00b5m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
