{"id":69583,"date":"2025-06-20T14:29:17","date_gmt":"2025-06-20T12:29:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.he-arc.ch\/?post_type=he-arc_project&#038;p=69583"},"modified":"2025-06-23T18:18:26","modified_gmt":"2025-06-23T16:18:26","slug":"maotial","status":"publish","type":"he-arc_project","link":"https:\/\/www.he-arc.ch\/en\/projets-recherche\/maotial\/","title":{"rendered":"Proc\u00e9d\u00e9 industriel d\u2019oxydation micro-arc (MAO) pour le traitement en s\u00e9rie des composants en aluminium et titane"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Contexte et enjeux<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019oxydation micro-arc (MAO) est une variante innovante d\u2019anodisation \u00e9lectrochimique offrant de nombreuses possibilit\u00e9s d\u2019applications gr\u00e2ce au choix judicieux des conditions de traitement (\u00e9lectrolytes, param\u00e8tres \u00e9lectriques, mat\u00e9riaux). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le pr\u00e9sent projet doit permettre, \u00e0 moyen terme de d\u00e9montrer le potentiel de cette technologie sur les composants en titane et d\u2019aluminium et d\u2019introduire la technologie MAO dans une chaine de fabrication de composants industriels chez les partenaires industriels du projet, Anomax et Coloral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Objectifs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le projet MAOTIAL a pour but d\u2019optimiser la technologie MAO afin de l\u2019adapter au mieux aux besoins sp\u00e9cifiques des deux partenaires industriels de ce projet. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce proc\u00e9d\u00e9 sera ax\u00e9 sur: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>des pi\u00e8ces d\u2019aluminium fonctionnelles entrant dans la fabrication d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ments automobile<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>des pi\u00e8ces de titane destin\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019industrie du luxe et \u00e0 l\u2019horlogerie. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le traitement MAO sera d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle laboratoire puis transf\u00e9r\u00e9 sur une machine pilote pour valider ce proc\u00e9d\u00e9 sur des s\u00e9ries restreintes de pi\u00e8ces correspondant \u00e0 une \u00e9chelle semi-industrielle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Partenaires et financement<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.utbm.fr\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Universit\u00e9 de technologie de Belfort Montb\u00e9liard (UTBM)<\/a><br><a href=\"https:\/\/www.anomax.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Anomax (France)<\/a><br><a href=\"https:\/\/www.coloral.ch\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Coloral SA (Suisse)<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Projet financ\u00e9 par la Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration Suisse (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.interreg-francesuisse.eu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">fonds Interreg<\/a>) et le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ne.ch\/Pages\/accueil.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Canton de Neuch\u00e2tel<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">R\u00e9sultats attendus<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Evaluer le potentiel d\u2019industrialisation de ce proc\u00e9d\u00e9 pour les applications horlog\u00e8re et d\u2019automobile.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mettre en place de la technologie MAO chez les partenaires industriels (transfert du proc\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle industrielle)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"504\" height=\"385\" src=\"https:\/\/www.he-arc.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/he_arc_ingenierie_maotial.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-69585\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.he-arc.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/he_arc_ingenierie_maotial.png 504w, https:\/\/www.he-arc.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/he_arc_ingenierie_maotial-300x229.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 504px) 100vw, 504px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">La pi\u00e8ce en aluminium en cours d\u2019un traitement MAO.
