The Haute Ecole Arc’s mission is to guarantee legal security for its students and staff. To this end, it publishes a systematic collection of its regulations and links the decisions of the Intercantonal Appeals Commission HES-SO.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n\n\n\n

Regulations library<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The systematic collection of HE-Arc regulations allows access to the texts in force at HE-Arc in the field of basic and continuing education (e.g. the regulations for the Arc programme and the module descriptions) thanks to a multi-entry search engine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Case law of the Intercantonal Appeals Commission of the HES-SO<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

An explanatory summary by theme of the decisions of the Intercantonal Appeals Commission of the UAS-SW from its creation to date was published in 2019. This comprehensive publication provides information on the current case law, in particular grounds for appeal. The decisions are also available on the HES-SO website (link opposite).
