All HE-Arc students can benefit from a place to talk, to be welcomed and listened to, advised professionally and can also receive financial support.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n\n\n\n

Listening space<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The aim of the listening space is to maintain and promote students’ health (in the broadest sense) by encouraging and supporting their well-being throughout their education.
The content of exchanges is subject to confidentiality and official secrecy, in agreement with the person concerned, and within the limits of legislation.
Within the framework of an agreement between the Haute Ecole Arc and the University of Neuch\u00e2tel, HE-Arc students have access to the UniNE’s social office, which offers several assistance services, such as questions related to health insurance, social insurance, finding financial solutions, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Student Support Service (SSE) offers a place to welcome, listen to and advise students and is open to every student in the Conservation-Restoration field.
You can ask for a meeting to discuss any issue, to improve your organisation and efficiency in your studies, or to find a sympathetic ear for a personal matter such as loneliness, stress, emotional overload, sentimental concerns, family issues, depression and fatigue, organisational difficulties, financial worries, etc.
Through dialogue, reflection and discussion, students can find their own solutions, be supported and helped or referred to other services or professionals.
This service is free of charge, the ESS respects the principles of confidentiality in agreement with the person concerned and within the limits of legislation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Students at the Haute Ecole Arc Engineering benefit from pedagogical support throughout their course of study, provided by the course leaders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to this monitoring, the Haute Ecole Arc Engineering would like to set up a neutral space for student support. Indeed, students may have specific needs in terms of listening, information and support with regard to the management of their daily life and their health in relation to the training process, or they may encounter psychological difficulties which may require guidance and\/or advice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In general, the offer is based on data collected in the field, as well as, on various national studies demonstrating the importance of promoting and protecting the health of students who are often subject to significant stress factors. The provision of this space is based on the desire to strengthen the range of services in the field aimed at enabling students to successfully complete their studies while maintaining an optimal balance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
