Port\u00e9 par la Haute \u00c9cole Arc Ing\u00e9nierie, le projet s\u2019appuie sur l\u2019expertise terrain de Louis B\u00e9let, sp\u00e9cialiste reconnu de l\u2019outil de coupe de haute pr\u00e9cision, et sur le savoir-faire technologique de Chiron Group, acteur majeur des solutions d\u2019usinage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette collaboration permet de garantir que les d\u00e9veloppements r\u00e9pondent directement aux besoins r\u00e9els des ateliers de production, avec une approche pragmatique et orient\u00e9e r\u00e9sultats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>OptiCom, c\u2019est quoi exactement ?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>OptiCom est une application web qui aide les entreprises \u00e0 identifier rapidement et de mani\u00e8re fiable les bons param\u00e8tres de coupe pour les outils de micro-usinage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Contrairement aux approches traditionnelles bas\u00e9es sur des essais longs et co\u00fbteux, OptiCom analyse directement les signaux de la machine. L\u2019outil est ainsi capable de d\u00e9terminer :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>les conditions dans lesquelles l\u2019outil fonctionne correctement,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>et celles qu\u2019il faut imp\u00e9rativement \u00e9viter pour pr\u00e9server l\u2019outil et la qualit\u00e9 des pi\u00e8ces.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019objectif est de rendre l\u2019usinage plus efficace, plus durable et plus accessible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Une innovation m\u00e9thodologique et num\u00e9rique<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>OptiCom repose sur une m\u00e9thodologie issue d\u2019une norme existante pour l\u2019usinage classique, mais enti\u00e8rement adapt\u00e9e au micro-usinage, un domaine dans lequel la Suisse occupe une position de leader mondial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019innovation r\u00e9side dans la combinaison :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>d\u2019une m\u00e9thodologie rigoureuse et reproductible,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>et d\u2019une num\u00e9risation intelligente, qui guide l\u2019utilisateur pas \u00e0 pas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Le projet s\u2019inscrit dans la continuit\u00e9 du travail Innosuisse AdaptCut, qui visait l\u2019automatisation compl\u00e8te de la recherche des conditions optimales. OptiCom en constitue aujourd\u2019hui un premier jalon concret, permettant de s\u00e9curiser la plage de fonctionnement des outils et de capitaliser ces connaissances dans une base de donn\u00e9es exploitable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Une solution d\u00e9j\u00e0 utilis\u00e9e sur le terrain<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>OptiCom est aujourd\u2019hui une solution fonctionnelle, d\u00e9j\u00e0 utilis\u00e9e :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00e0 la Haute \u00c9cole Arc Ing\u00e9nierie,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>chez Louis B\u00e9let,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>et au sein de Chiron Group.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Les retours des partenaires industriels sont positifs : l\u2019outil est intuitif, robuste, et permet de gagner un temps pr\u00e9cieux, tout en s\u2019appuyant sur une m\u00e9thodologie commune et partageable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Prochaine \u00e9tape, cr\u00e9er la Communaut\u00e9 OptiCom<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans cette dynamique, la Communaut\u00e9 Opticom est en cours de lancement.
