This training course is offered as part of the Agile Academy.

The Agile Academy is a modular lean training platform, a partnership between Richemont and the Arc School of Engineering, which aims to optimize value creation processes by implementing solutions that are accepted by all.

Target Audience

This training course is aimed at anyone interested in LEAN.

In general, the Agile Academy is aimed at all employees who want to experience the effectiveness of the participatory approach of lean management, from management staff to field teams, from design offices to production workshops.

As breaking down barriers between departments is now essential to improving the overall performance of the company, we encourage groups with different profiles to register.
