The IT Service is available to help students and staff use IT equipment and to answer enquiries.

The IT department supports the HE-Arc community.

    Telephone support hours
    Monday to Thursday, 7.45am to 12pm and 1.30pm to 6.20 pm.
    Fridays from 7.45am to 12pm and from 1.30pm to 4pm.

    Reduced hours telephone support
    The day before public holidays in the canton of Neuchâtel, the Hotline closes at 4.pm.

    During the holidays : Monday to Friday, from 8pm to 12pm and from 1.30pm to 4pm.

    Tuesday: 8am to 12pm and 1.30pm to 5pm.

    Thursday: 8am to 12pm and 1.30pm to 5pm.
    Friday: 8am to 12pm and 1.30pm to 4pm.

    Reduced opening hours
    The day before public holidays in the canton of Neuchâtel, as well as during holidays, the counter closes at 4pm.
