Two development teams are tasked with designing, assembling, and testing a robot according to specifications provided by the client.
The team that completes the task the fastest, at the lowest cost, and with the highest quality wins the contract.
This training course is offered as part of the Agile Academy.
The Agile Academy is a modular lean training platform, a partnership between Richemont and the Arc School of Engineering, which aims to optimize value creation processes by implementing solutions that are accepted by all.
