Mobility and Exchanges

At the Arc School of Engineering, we welcome international students from our partner institutions every year.

The stays vary from 3 to 12 months and are organised as follows :

• Level 2: semester 3 or semesters 3 and 4
• Level 3: semester 5 or semesters 5 and 6
• Bachelor’s thesis
• Master’s thesis

Students at the Arc School of Engineering must have a laptop.

Registration deadlines:

• fall semester or the whole year – nomination : 31 March (by partner schools)
• fall semester or the whole year – application : 30 April (completed student file)

• spring semester: 31 October

In order to develop student exchanges and established collaborations, the Arc School of Engineering has signed bilateral agreements with various institutions.

Requirements for a stay abroad:

• First, you must have obtained the agreement of the education manager of your Bachelor’s degree program.
• Have a solid understanding of the language of the country.
• Hold Swiss or European nationality or have a C permit.
• Have successfully completed all modules in the year of study prior to departure.

It is the candidate’s responsibility to find a host institution and to establish a course program that best corresponds to the profile of his or her study profile. This program must be validated by the education manager.

The stay takes place:

• During the entire level 2
• During the entire level 3, including the Bachelor’s thesis
• During the Bachelor’s thesis
